REFUND POLICY
For all refund inquiries please email support@toughtreks.com.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact the card-issuing bank. If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact your bank or credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
All returns for refund items must be sent via recorded delivery, and customers must supply proof of postage and full tracking details to receive a full refund for goods.
Exchanges/Returns
Tough Treks does not offer refunds, and we ONLY offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged.
Please contact us with your order number via email at support@toughtreks.com, and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Exchanges and returns are at the discretion of our customer service team.
Tough Treks is a company that values and supports our customers. We ask that you please be polite when contacting our staff. Any form of verbal or communicative abuse will not be tolerated, and customers will be refused returns or exchanges if they are abusive in any way. Tough Treks has a zero-tolerance policy.
