Exchanges/Returns:
Tough Treks does not offer refunds, and we ONLY offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number via email at support@toughtreks.com and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Exchanges and returns are at the discretion of our customer service team.
